What are the pricing options for the Business space and what's included?

The venue offers two main pricing structures: Day Delegate packages starting at £72 + VAT per person (minimum 50 people) including room hire 8:30am-5pm, AV equipment, arrival refreshments, 2 tea/coffee breaks, 2-course lunch, and unlimited water. Alternatively, room hire only is available at rates like £500 + VAT for Foster & Bloomsbury Rooms (reduced from £935 + VAT), £1,210 + VAT for Tavistock Room, or £3,570 + VAT for Woburn Hall until 6pm.

What are the capacity limits for different room configurations?

Foster & Bloomsbury Rooms combined accommodate up to 32 boardroom style, 32 cabaret style, or 60 theatre style. Tavistock Room seats up to 40 boardroom style, 72 cabaret style, or 100 theatre style. Woburn Hall seats up to 112 cabaret style or 180 theatre style. Brunswick Room seats up to 29 theatre style but is considered too small for 30+ delegates.

What additional AV services are available and at what cost?

All bookings include in-house AV technical support, but a dedicated AV technician costs £400 + VAT if required. Professional streaming and hybrid events using the 2 PTZ camera system cost £1,250 + VAT. Video conferencing systems are available in some rooms for £250 + VAT (Tavistock Room).

What are the standard operating hours and extension options?

Standard room hire runs from 8:30am to 5pm. Extensions to 6pm are available - for example, Woburn Hall room hire extends to £3,570 + VAT until 6pm. The venue can accommodate early access for setup and material delivery as needed.

What catering restrictions and pricing apply?

No external food and beverages are allowed as the venue has exclusive catering contracts. Refreshments cost £4.45 + VAT per person per serving. Drinks packages are available at £15 + VAT per person for unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks, or £18 + VAT per person to include Prosecco.

How long can dates be held on option and what's the booking process?

Dates can be held on a 7-day option period. The booking process involves receiving a quote, confirming with a purchase order (PO), and then receiving a signable confirmation document. Drinks packages are quoted in contracts but only added to bookings upon confirmation.

Are additional meeting rooms available during events?

Yes, additional rooms like the Bloomsbury Room can be added for specific time periods (e.g., 4-6pm) sometimes at no additional charge depending on availability. Multiple rooms can be booked simultaneously for breakout sessions or private meetings during larger events.

What discounts are available and for which organizations?

The venue offers reduced rates for certain clients - Day Delegate packages can be discounted from £89 + VAT to £74 + VAT per person (saving £15 + VAT per person). Room hire can be significantly reduced, such as Foster & Bloomsbury Rooms offered at £500 + VAT instead of the standard £935 + VAT to accommodate client budgets.
