On the ground floor, connected to both the Queen Charlotte and Lower Sugar Room, The King George III Room (named after his visit in 1787) has exposed brickwork, a barrel vaulted ceiling and period lanterns. The King George III Room is directly accessed from the reception (and the loading bay) and can be used alone or in conjunction with the Porter Tun as a drinks reception, catering space or exhibition area for larger events. The room has solid oak flooring.

Security/Fire Marshals are mandatory at £395 per guard excluding VAT (typically 1 required per 100 guests). For events requiring AV, there's a minimum spend commitment starting from £1,000 excluding VAT. Christmas events include mandatory theming and entertainment in the package price. All prices exclude 20% VAT which must be added to the final bill.

Christmas dates operate on a first-come, first-served basis with no date holds due to high demand. For other events, dates can be held on 1st or 2nd option while proposals are reviewed. Payment terms and deposit requirements vary by event type and value. Site visits can be arranged to help finalize bookings, and the venue recommends booking well in advance for peak periods.

The Brewery provides in-house catering with various package options including Day Delegate Rates (£85-£155 per person), Christmas party packages with set menus, and bespoke catering for galas and networking events. Options range from coffee breaks and buffet lunches to three-course seated dinners and canapé receptions. The venue has won Gold for Best In-House Caterer at The London Venue and Catering Awards 2023, indicating high-quality standards.

The King George III Room includes an integrated PA system and LED lighting in thousands of potential colours. Additional AV requirements have minimum spend commitments starting from £1,000 excluding VAT, with larger events requiring £15,000-£35,000 minimum AV spends. Technical support includes projectors, screens, microphones, and technical managers (£900 per manager excluding VAT). Full technical setup and support can be arranged from the evening before through to event derig.
