The events designers at the Brewery are experienced in setting up a bespoke dining experience to fit any vision and budget. Our smaller James Watt Room is highly suited to an intimate gathering. We will work closely with you to devise a layout, menu, and beverage list that your guests will enjoy, whether you want to provide a quick bite or an impeccably prepared meal. If we do not have the menu, furnishings, flowers, or entertainment you envision, we'll find it for you.
