The Queen Charlotte has a barrel vaulted ceiling and exposed brickwork. It also features a built-in bar that’s hidden behind a mirrored window when not in use. Fully self-contained, it can be used on its own for meetings, drinks receptions or dinners for up to 200 guests, but it also makes a useful breakout area for larger events hosted in the King George III. There is direct access to this room from the reception area.

Christmas party packages start from £145 per person excluding VAT with a minimum of 60 guests. Packages include exclusive room hire, Christmas theming, entertainers on arrival, sparkling wine reception, unlimited drinks for 5.5 hours, three-course dinner, after-dinner DJ, and complimentary cloakroom.

Security/Fire Marshals are mandatory at £395 excluding VAT per guard. Most events require at least one guard, with additional guards needed for larger events (typically one per 100 guests).

The Sugar Rooms feature two interconnecting spaces - the Upper Sugar Room for main events and Lower Sugar Room for separate catering areas, both with natural light. The Grubstreet Cellars include the Pasteur Room for dining with the Sample Room for drinks reception, featuring their own private entrance and cloakroom.
