The Queen Charlotte has a barrel vaulted ceiling and exposed brickwork. It also features a built-in bar that’s hidden behind a mirrored window when not in use. Fully self-contained, it can be used on its own for meetings, drinks receptions or dinners for up to 200 guests, but it also makes a useful breakout area for larger events hosted in the King George III. There is direct access to this room from the reception area.

No, The Brewery cannot hold dates for Christmas events due to high demand. Christmas bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so immediate confirmation is required to secure your preferred date.

Christmas party packages start from £145 per person excluding VAT with a minimum of 60 guests. Packages include exclusive room hire, Christmas theming, entertainers on arrival, sparkling wine reception, unlimited drinks for 5.5 hours, three-course dinner, after-dinner DJ, and complimentary cloakroom.

Security/Fire Marshals are mandatory at £395 excluding VAT per guard. Most events require at least one guard, with additional guards needed for larger events (typically one per 100 guests).

The Sugar Rooms feature two interconnecting spaces - the Upper Sugar Room for main events and Lower Sugar Room for separate catering areas, both with natural light. The Grubstreet Cellars include the Pasteur Room for dining with the Sample Room for drinks reception, featuring their own private entrance and cloakroom.

Day delegate rates start from £85 per person excluding VAT for reduced packages, with full rates at £115-£135 per person excluding VAT. Packages include room hire, audio PA system, food stall lunch, coffee breaks, water, event management support, cloakroom, Wi-Fi, and LED lighting systems.

In-house AV services include projectors, screens, lecterns with microphones, mixers, technical support and installation crew. Minimum AV spend requirements range from £1,000 to £35,000 excluding VAT depending on event size and complexity.

Date flexibility is limited, especially for popular periods like Christmas and weekends. If preferred dates are unavailable, alternative dates are offered, and some dates may be available on second option (meaning another event has first priority but hasn't confirmed).
