The King George III Room can accommodate up to 400 guests for seated dining events. Tables typically seat 8-10 people each in a formal dining layout. The space connects to Queen Charlotte and Lower Sugar Room, allowing for larger events when combined spaces are needed.

Security/Fire Marshals are mandatory at £395 ex. VAT per guard (1 required per 100 guests). AV minimum spend starts at £1,000 ex. VAT for basic requirements, with larger events requiring £15,000-£18,000 ex. VAT minimum AV spend. All prices exclude 20% VAT.

Exclusive room hire typically runs from 18:00-01:00 for evening dining events. Christmas parties operate 18:00-01:00 with access from 7am for daytime events finishing by 5pm. Setup access and extended hours may incur additional charges.

Christmas dates operate on a first-come, first-served basis with no date holds due to high demand. Other dining events can be held on 1st or 2nd option depending on availability. Booking confirmation requires signed contract and deposit.

Christmas packages include themed decorations, entertainers on arrival, striking table centre displays, and after-dinner DJ. The space features LED lighting in thousands of potential colours and integrated PA system. Additional entertainment can be arranged with AV support.

The space includes air-conditioning, integrated PA system, LED lighting, Wi-Fi connectivity, and complimentary cloakroom. All basic linen, crockery and furniture are provided. The room connects directly to reception and other spaces for larger events.
