The Charles Suite has complimentary room hire with a £1,800 minimum catering spend, while the Conservatory charges £1,500 room hire with a £1,500 minimum catering spend. The Library costs £500 room hire with a £1,000 minimum catering spend. All rates include VAT and a discretionary 15% service charge is added to the final invoice.

The Charles Suite accommodates up to 50 guests on 10 round tables or up to 30 guests on one oval table. The Conservatory seats up to 40 for lunch on round tables or 30 on one oval table. The Library accommodates up to 30 guests for standing receptions only.

Three-course private dining costs £95 per person in the Charles Suite. Buffet lunch is £45 per person in the Conservatory. Afternoon tea is £75 per person and must be served by 5pm as the last serving time.

House wine starts from £50 per bottle, Champagne from £110 per bottle, and Prosecco costs £55 per bottle. Bottled beers are £10 each, soft drinks from £6 each, and mineral water costs £8.50 per 750ml bottle. Tea, coffee and petits fours cost £7 per person.

The Conservatory can accommodate a 55-inch plasma screen for £50 per day and has a PA system with microphone available for £30 hire (though rarely requested due to room size). All spaces have basic AV capabilities but specific equipment pricing varies by room.

All quotes are valid for 5 working days only and are subject to change if any element of the brief changes. The venue does not hold any space during the quotation process - availability remains subject to change until confirmed booking.

Christmas packages typically begin at £150 per person, but special exceptions can be made. A tailored package was offered at £90 per person (minimum 100 guests) including exclusive use of both Butlers Restaurant and Conservatory, 2-course festive menu, half bottle of house wine, chair covers, tea lights, and personalized menus.

Day Delegate Rates start from £75-95 per person and include exclusive room hire, up to 3 refreshment breaks, buffet lunch in the room, jugs of iced filtered water, delegate stationery, WiFi, and basic AV equipment. Breakfast buffet can be added from £29 per person.

The Charles Suite features stunning chandeliers hand-crafted for New York's Tavern on the Green with natural daylight flooding the first-floor space. The Conservatory offers a tranquil setting with lush green surroundings and a stunning glass ceiling that can be opened. The Library resembles an Agatha Christie novel setting with floor-to-ceiling oak-panelled walls and hand-stitched leather armchairs.

Enquiries are typically released within 5 working days if there's no response from the client. The venue sends follow-up reminders before releasing enquiries, with specific release dates communicated (e.g., "enquiry will be released on Friday 6th" or "Monday 19th May"). Once released, the venue will find alternative options for the customer.
