Room layouts can be adjusted based on your specific requirements.

Complimentary equipment includes WiFi, delegate stationery, flipchart and pens, microphone (handheld/lapel), and PA system. Additional equipment costs: 55-inch plasma screen with HDMI connection £100, Logitech MeetUp for Teams calls £300, and podium approximately £1,000 including VAT (sourced from external supplier).

Day Delegate Rates range from £65-£95 per person (reduced from £105) and include exclusive room hire, up to 3 refreshment breaks, buffet lunch in the room, jugs of iced filtered water, delegate stationery, and complimentary AV equipment. Breakfast buffet can be added from £29 per person, and refreshment break add-ons start from £5 per delegate.

All quotes are valid for 5 working days only and are subject to change if any element of the brief changes. The venue does not hold space during the quotation process - availability remains subject to change until a confirmed booking is made.

Classic Double Rooms are priced at £390-£420 per room per night including VAT and complimentary full English breakfast, based on single occupancy. Rates require a minimum of 10 rooms per night and are subject to change based on dates and room availability.

Catering includes buffet lunch (part of Day Delegate Rate), afternoon tea at £75 per person, three-course private dining at £95 per person, and various refreshment options. Beverages: house wine from £50 per bottle, champagne from £110, prosecco £55, bottled beers £10 each, soft drinks from £6, and mineral water £8.50 per 750ml bottle.

Business events typically run from 8:30am-5pm, with afternoon tea service ending at 5pm. Setup time and technical run-throughs can be arranged, with rehearsal rooms available from £600 for half-day hire. Events requiring external suppliers for specialized equipment need advance coordination.

Delegates must email the hotel's group reservations directly and mention the specific event name when booking rooms. Room rates are based on minimum 10 rooms per night, and the hotel does not hold rooms during the quotation phase - delegates should book promptly once the event is confirmed.
