What is the booking process and payment timeline?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, usually 50% of the minimum spend. The remaining balance and any pre-orders are due at least 7 days before the event. The space is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Are there mandatory service charges or additional fees?
A 12.5% discretionary service charge is added to all bookings based on the total spend. Packages are all inclusive of activities such as Karaoke, but may be an additional cost with minimum spends.
Are external vendors or outside catering permitted?
Outside catering is not allowed—food and drink must be purchased through KERB Sports Bar. Approved suppliers or in-house options must be used for all catering for screenings and staff events.
What is the cancellation policy?
All deposits paid are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due as agreed prior to the event; failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit. Details on rescheduling or further cancellation terms are not specified; clarify before booking.
Can I use the bar or order food on the day of my event?
