State Rooms & Terrace evening hire is £3,750 + VAT (reduced to £2,700 + VAT if confirmed within 2 weeks).

All event bookings have mandatory F&B minimum spends that vary by space and time period. Day period minimum is £3,100, evening minimum is £4,650, and cross-period minimum is £3,500 + VAT. These minimums must be met through venue catering and cannot be waived.

The Auditorium includes 4K cinema laser projector, screen, 7.1 surround sound, microphones, lectern, and Wi-Fi, but requires two AV technicians at £1,000 + VAT per day. State Rooms include projector, screen, PA system, and microphones, requiring one technician at £525 + VAT per day (£400 + VAT for evenings). All AV technician costs are mandatory when using the equipment.

For events within one week, signed contracts are required by 12:00 the following day with full payment required prior to the event. For events with longer lead times, standard contract and payment terms apply, but specific deadlines vary by event date and should be confirmed when booking.

The Auditorium accommodates 300 in theatre style. State Rooms can handle various configurations with the Euston Room and Stephenson Room available separately or combined with terrace access. Ground floor spaces like G.2 are also available, with specific capacities depending on the chosen layout and setup requirements.

Venue offers Day Delegate Rates (DDR) starting from £85-£106.80 + VAT per person including room hire, meals, and refreshments. Reception packages start from £89-£118.80 + VAT per person including drinks and food. All catering must be provided by Searcys - external catering is not permitted.

Spaces can be held on 'first option' or 'second option' basis. First option gives priority booking rights, while second option means another client has priority. The venue releases enquiries if no response is received within their specified timeframe, and option status can change based on other bookings.

The venue operates specific time periods (Day: 8:00-17:00, Evening: 18:00-23:00) with a turnaround period from 17:00-18:00 for operations team setup.
