Evening hire (18:00-00:00) costs £3,750 + VAT for the State Rooms & Terrace. Day hire (11:00-17:00) is also available at £3,750 + VAT. Cross-period hire covering both day and evening periods costs £12,000 + VAT with a minimum spend of £3,500 + VAT.
What dining packages are available and what do they include?
Wedding packages include exclusive hire between 11:00-17:00 or 18:00-00:00, dedicated operations manager, cloakroom attendant, in-house poseur tables with white linen, wedding easel and cake stand, music license, welcome glass of English Sparkling Wine, three canapés and five bowl foods for drinks reception, and unlimited filtered water. Reception packages at £99 + VAT per person include 3 hours unlimited drinks, 3 canapés and 3 bowl food items.
What is the maximum capacity for seated dining events?
The State Rooms can accommodate up to 150 guests for seated dining events. The space includes both the Euston Room and Stephenson Room, plus access to the rooftop terrace for drinks receptions and networking.
What are the mandatory additional costs beyond room hire?
An AV technician is required at £400 + VAT for evening events or £525 + VAT for day events. Full payment is required prior to events with dates within one week. A 20% service charge applies to external suppliers contracted through the venue.
What time slots are available for dining events?
Events are sold in two periods: Day (08:00-17:00) and Evening (18:00-23:00). Wedding packages offer 11:00-17:00 or 18:00-00:00 slots. Cross-period bookings covering both day and evening are available but cost significantly more at £12,000 + VAT.
What catering options are available for private dining events?
Searcys provides all catering with options including three-course seated dinners, canapé and bowl food receptions, and buffet-style meals. Sample menus are provided with proposals. Dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options can be accommodated.
How far in advance must contracts be signed for dining events?
For events within one week, signed contracts are required by 12:00 the day after receiving the proposal to allow sufficient planning time. Full payment is also required prior to the event for bookings with such short notice.
What AV equipment is included for dining events?
Built-in AV equipment includes projector, screen, PA system with two lapel microphones, two hand-held microphones, stationery, and 1gbps Wi-Fi. Optional extras include a perspex frosted lectern with integrated monitor and microphone (£165 + VAT) and a stage with black carpet and skirting (£475 + VAT).
What booking options are available to secure dates?
Spaces can be held on first option (exclusive hold) or second option (backup hold). Joint first options are also available where multiple clients share priority. Enquiries are released if no response is received within the specified timeframe.
