The Business space operates on a Day Delegate Rate (DDR) system starting from £85.00 per person for September bookings, with standard rates at £100.80 per person including room hire from 8:00am-5:00pm, sandwiches and finger food lunch, three refreshment breaks, and filtered water. Evening hire rates start from £3,250 ex VAT with minimum F&B spends of £4,650, while cross-period bookings (spanning both day and evening) cost £12,000 ex VAT with £3,500 minimum F&B spend.

The Business space features 42 individual training rooms designed for one-on-one events, meetings, trainings, assessments, and workshops. Additionally, there are two briefing rooms that can accommodate up to 45 delegates each, plus designated break-out areas, all accessed via a private entrance on Euston Road.

Built-in AV equipment includes projector, screen, PA system with two lapel and two hand-held microphones, stationery, and 1gbps Wi-Fi. One AV technician is mandatory at £525.00 per day (£630.00 including VAT), with two technicians required for larger setups at £1,000.00 per day (£1,200.00 including VAT).

The venue operates in defined periods: Day (8:00-17:00), Evening (18:00-23:00), and Cross-period (any timing spanning both periods, including the 17:00-18:00 turnaround time). The 17:00-18:00 slot is considered turnaround time for operations and automatically makes bookings cross-period with significantly higher rates.

For events within one week, signed contracts are required by 12:00 the day before to allow sufficient planning time. Full payment is required prior to the event for such short-notice bookings, with enquiries being released if no response is received within the specified timeframe.

The Business space includes comprehensive monitoring with CCTV capturing video and audio, ceiling-mounted IP dome cameras, a control suite with full visual and audio access to all rooms, individual circuit-linked clock/timers, and sounders. Each room has a single ceiling-mounted drop microphone and phone/internet connections.

Beyond the standard sandwiches and finger food, you can choose your own three finger buffet items for £1.50 per person supplement. Hot and cold buffet lunch upgrades cost £10.00 per person for chef's choice or £12.60 per person for selected menu items from their catering options.

Spaces are available on first or second option basis, with joint first options possible. To hold a space, you must confirm interest promptly as enquiries are automatically released if no response is received. The venue follows up within a few days for feedback and decision timelines.

External suppliers like DJs can be hired independently or contracted through the venue with a 20% service charge applied. The venue has preferred suppliers like Spiral Entertainment for DJ services, and clients can choose between direct external hiring or venue-managed arrangements.

The Business space is accessed via a private entrance on Euston Road, providing a controlled and secluded environment separate from other venue activities. Located at 30 Euston Square in central London (NW1 2FB), it offers excellent transport links and can be fully integrated with the venue's other meeting and event spaces for added flexibility.
