The Auditorium accommodates up to 300 people in theatre style. Individual meeting rooms range from 10-40 people in various configurations including cabaret, classroom, and boardroom styles. The State Rooms can handle up to 200 people for receptions or 120 for seated events. Multiple breakout rooms are available, with pricing starting at £1,050 per room excluding VAT.

Standard AV includes projector, screen, PA system with lapel and handheld microphones, stationery, and 1gbps Wi-Fi. The Auditorium features 4K cinema laser projector, 7.1 surround sound, and lectern with built-in screen. One AV technician is mandatory at £525-£630 per day, or two technicians required for larger events at £1,000-£1,200 per day excluding VAT.

For events within one week, signed contracts are required by 12:00 the day before to allow adequate planning time. Full payment is required prior to events with such short notice. Standard bookings require confirmation to hold dates, with spaces initially available on 'first option' or 'second option' basis until confirmed.

Standard DDR includes sandwiches and finger food lunch. Hot and cold buffet lunch upgrades cost £10 per person, or £12.60 per person for custom menu selections. Individual finger buffet items can be added for £1.50 per person. Post-conference receptions cost £24-£28.80 per person, and full reception packages with unlimited drinks start at £89-£118.80 per person excluding VAT.

Day period minimum food and beverage spend is £3,100, evening minimum is £4,650, and cross-period minimum is £3,500 excluding VAT. For larger events requiring multiple spaces, minimum spends can reach £10,500 excluding VAT. These minimums are in addition to room hire charges and vary based on the specific spaces booked.

Day period operates 8:00am-5:00pm, evening period 6:00pm-11:00pm, with 5:00pm-6:00pm designated as turnaround time. Cross-period bookings spanning both periods incur higher charges. Setup access can be arranged from 8:00am for day events, with registration typically starting one hour before the main program begins.

Optional extras include perspex lectern with integrated monitor (£165 excluding VAT), stage with black carpet and skirting 6m x 2m (£475 excluding VAT), and media wall (£1,250 excluding VAT). Cloakroom attendant services are available, and the venue can arrange external suppliers like DJs through Spiral Entertainment with a 20% service charge, or clients can hire suppliers directly.

Multiple breakout rooms are available with capacities ranging from 10-20 people each in classroom or theatre style setup. Minimum of 4-6 breakout rooms can be arranged for larger conferences, with individual room hire starting at £1,050 excluding VAT per room. Rooms can be configured for specific team sizes as needed for workshops and smaller group sessions.
