What are the standard operating hours and early access fees?

Standard venue hire typically runs from 6pm to 11pm. Early access from 4pm onwards costs £250 plus VAT, though this may be waived if booking is confirmed by specific deadlines. Extended hours until 11:30am to 11pm are available for £3,150 plus VAT.

What catering packages are available and at what cost?

Three-course dinners cost £86 per person plus VAT, while canapé packages range from £26.40 to £95 per person plus VAT depending on selection. Christmas packages include welcome cocktails, 6 festive canapés, and 4-hour free-flowing drinks for £95 per person plus VAT. All catering prices exclude the mandatory 20% VAT.

What are the drink package options and pricing?

Unlimited drink packages cost £48-£54 per person plus VAT for 3-4 hours, including house wines, beer, and soft drinks. Dinner drink packages cost £36 per person plus VAT and include 1.5 glasses of sparkling wine, half a bottle of wine per person, soft drinks, and water.

What AV equipment is available and what does it cost?

Basic AV equipment costs £850 plus VAT and includes a screen, projector, 2 handheld microphones, and 2 lapel microphones. A stage costs an additional £350 plus VAT. Hall staff can assist with basic setup but are not technical experts, so advanced AV requirements may need external suppliers.

Are there mandatory additional costs beyond venue hire and catering?
