Private room minimum spends vary by day: Tuesday £2,500 + VAT + 12.5% service charge, Wednesday £3,200 + VAT + 12.5% service charge, Thursday £4,200 + VAT + 12.5% service charge. The Playroom private room requires £3,800 + 12.5% service charge minimum spend. All minimum spend goes towards food, drinks and activity costs.

The mainspace accommodates up to 200 delegates in theatre setup or 60 in cabaret style. The private room holds up to 70 delegates theatre style, 36 cabaret style, or 28 boardroom style. The Playroom private room accommodates up to 100 guests standing. The Shore and Ditch reserved area in mainspace has 90 capacity with ping pong tables.

Half day packages cost £46pp (ex VAT) including either arrival breakfast or grazing lunch, 1 snack break, unlimited teas/coffees/juices/water. Full day packages cost £59pp (ex VAT) including arrival breakfast, grazing lunch, 2 snack breaks, unlimited beverages. Both rates include room hire and AV equipment use. Minimum 30 delegates for private room, 120 for mainspace.

The venue opens to public at 2:00 PM on Thursdays, so conferences must end by 1:00 PM or pay additional fees to extend opening hours. Events can run until 2:00 AM maximum (not 5:00 AM as sometimes requested). The venue is strictly over 18s only.

All spaces include projector screen, 2 handheld microphones, lectern, chairs, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The Playroom also has karaoke facilities and UV lighting. Furniture hire costs around £800 + VAT for mainspace events, but is not applicable for private room bookings. Additional chair hire may be required for large events due to limited venue seating.

A 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of the minimum spend is required to confirm bookings. Final balance is due 14 days prior to the event date and becomes non-refundable at that point. For bookings made within 14 days, full payment is required immediately. Some quotes mention 28-day payment terms for full venue hires.

The Shore and Ditch area includes 2 ping pong tables and 2 high-tech ping pong tables. The Playroom private room has 2 ping pong tables, 1 Ping Pong X interactive table, and karaoke facilities. Full venue hire includes 10+ ping pong tables, classic beer pong, and PPX interactive tables with unlimited gaming access.

You can pre-pay the full minimum spend upfront as a deposit. Food and drink purchases are deducted from this on the day. Once the minimum spend is reached, the full deposit is refunded. If the minimum isn't reached, the shortfall is taken from the deposit and the remainder refunded.

Full venue hire minimum spends vary significantly by day: Monday £6,000 + VAT + 12.5% service charge, Tuesday £9,000, Wednesday £14,000, Thursday £24,000. Some quotes show £20,000 minimum for evening events. No venue hire fee applies - the entire minimum spend converts to food, drinks, and activities.

DJ services available from £250 (date dependent). Games Gurus entertainment facilitators cost £5pp. Photobooth available with company logo branding option. The venue can accommodate ticketed events and has done pub quiz setups with maximum 32 teams of 7 guests each. All spaces include options for custom music playlists.
