Frequently asked questions

Vision Hall accommodates up to 420 guests seated, 1,100 standing, or 600 theatre-style. When combined with Inner Space, the total capacity increases to 1,350 standing or 700 seated across three connected levels (ground floor, mezzanine, and Inner Space). Capacity may vary depending on production requirements and event overlays.

Vision Hall hire is £42,000 per day (excluding VAT), which includes a dedicated venue manager, head of security for up to 17 hours, 2 AV technicians for up to 8 hours, extensive AV infrastructure, cloakroom facilities, and pre/post-event cleaning. A refundable damage deposit of £10,000 is required, with payment due 30 days before the event.

There is a minimum food and beverage spend of £15,000-£18,000 depending on the event configuration. Catering is provided exclusively by in-house partner Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, and external catering is not permitted.

The venue includes a built-in stage, 7x4m LED screen, state-of-the-art sound system, microphones, projectors, comfort monitors, switchers, and smart rigging system. Two AV technicians are included for up to 8 hours per day, with additional technical support available through partner Pixl Evolution for more complex productions.

The venue is currently in construction and refurbishment phase. Events are not available until mid-April 2025, with February and March 2025 completely unavailable. Wedding bookings are being taken for 2026 onwards due to the ongoing construction work.

Events typically run with strict timing from 7:00pm to 1:00am (last orders 12:30am). Setup access can begin from 7:00am-8:00am on event day. The venue offers direct car access and step-free access, with multiple dedicated entrances up to 2.5m wide for equipment loading.

The venue can hold dates temporarily while clients compare options, but specific hold periods are not detailed in available information. Payment is required 30 days before the event, and there is significant interest in popular dates like October 25th, so early booking is recommended.
