Private room minimum spends vary significantly by day: Tuesday £2,500 + VAT + 12.5% service charge, Wednesday £3,200 + VAT + 12.5% service charge, Thursday £4,200 + VAT + 12.5% service charge. For full venue hire, Monday evenings require £6,000 + VAT + 12.5% service charge, Tuesday £9,000, Wednesday £14,000, and Thursday £24,000. All minimum spends go entirely towards food, drinks, and activities with no separate venue hire fee.

The private room accommodates up to 70 delegates in theatre style, 36 in cabaret style, or 28 in boardroom setup. For standing events, the private room holds up to 100 people. The mainspace can accommodate up to 200 delegates in theatre style or 60 in cabaret style. Full venue hire supports up to 400 standing guests.

Half-day delegate packages cost £46 per person (ex VAT) and include either arrival breakfast or grazing lunch, 1 snack break, unlimited teas/coffees/juices/water, room hire, and AV equipment. Full-day packages cost £59 per person (ex VAT) and include arrival breakfast, grazing lunch, 2 snack breaks, unlimited beverages, room hire, and AV equipment. Minimum delegate numbers are 30 for private room or 120 for mainspace conferences.

Events can typically run from 9am onwards, but the venue cannot accommodate events starting at 8am as this is before operational hours. On Thursdays, the venue opens to the public at 2pm, so if conferences need to continue past 1pm, additional fees apply to extend opening hours. Late-night events may be possible until 2am but not until 5am as requested by some clients.

All bookings include projector screens, 2 handheld microphones, lectern, complimentary Wi-Fi, TV screens for branding company logos, and wireless presentation facilities. The venue has karaoke facilities in the private room, UV lighting options, and the ability to play your own music or use Bounce playlists. Additional equipment like DJ services start from £250 depending on the date.

A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of the minimum spend is required to confirm bookings. The final balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date, at which point it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. For bookings made within 14 days of the event date, full payment is required upfront.

The venue features 10+ ping pong tables, classic beer pong, interactive Ping Pong X tables, and unlimited access to all games during your booking. Games Gurus (professional entertainment facilitators) are available for £5 per person to host various games throughout your event. The private room includes 2 standard ping pong tables and 1 Ping Pong X table.

The venue is strictly over 18s only for all events. Chair hire fees of approximately £800 + VAT may apply for larger events due to limited seating in the venue. For quiz nights, the maximum is 32 teams with 7 guests per team, and additional chair hire fees may be applicable.

The minimum spend acts as a pre-paid credit that goes entirely towards food, drinks, and activities - there are no separate venue hire fees. You can convert the minimum spend into group packages, bar tabs, or additional drinks orders. If you don't reach the minimum spend on the day, the difference is deducted from your deposit, with any remaining balance refunded.

The private room (The Playroom) accommodates up to 100 standing guests and includes 2 ping pong tables, 1 Ping Pong X table, karaoke facilities, private bar, and UV lighting. The Shore and Ditch is a reserved mainspace area for 90 guests with 2 standard and 2 high-tech ping pong tables. Full venue hire includes the entire space with all gaming facilities and flexible layout options.
