Bounce was designed with two main purposes. Conferencing and social events. Our luxurious venue boasts a 40ft bar, 19 activity tables and an extensive bar area.

Whether it's a corporate social, birthday, get together or your office meeting. Bounce is a one stop shop for all your needs.

With a capacity of 450 standing guests, our main space is also excellent for exclusive hires.




Frequently asked questions

Private room minimum spends vary by day: Tuesday £2,500 + VAT + 12.5% service charge, Wednesday £3,200 + VAT + 12.5% service charge, Thursday £4,200 + VAT + 12.5% service charge. The minimum spend goes entirely towards food, drinks and activity costs with no separate venue hire fee.

The private room accommodates up to 70 delegates in theatre style, 36 delegates in cabaret style, or 28 in boardroom setup. For standing events, the private room can hold up to 100 people. The mainspace can accommodate up to 200 delegates in theatre setup or 60 in cabaret style.

Events can typically run until 2am maximum (not 5am as sometimes requested). On Thursdays, the venue opens to the public at 2:00 PM, so if your event needs to continue past 1:00 PM, additional fees apply to extend opening hours. The venue is strictly over 18s only.

A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of the minimum spend is required to confirm the booking. The final balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date, at which point it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. For bookings made within 14 days, full payment is required upfront.

All bookings include projector screen, 2x handheld microphones, lectern, furniture (chairs), and complimentary Wi-Fi. The private room also features karaoke facilities, UV lighting, and a private bar. Additional equipment like DJ services are available from £250 depending on the date.

Day delegate packages are £46pp (ex VAT) for half day (breakfast or lunch, 1 snack break, unlimited hot drinks) or £59pp (ex VAT) for full day (breakfast, lunch, 2 snack breaks, unlimited hot drinks). Social packages are also available, with the minimum spend converting entirely into food, drinks, and activities.

Conference events require a minimum of 30 delegates (private room) or 120 delegates (mainspace). Social events in reserved areas like The Shore and Ditch have a minimum spend of £1,500 + VAT + 12.5% service charge for up to 90 guests with 4 ping pong tables included.

The venue features 17+ ping pong tables including high-tech Ping Pong X tables, classic beer pong, karaoke facilities, and UV lighting. Games Gurus (professional entertainment hosts) are available for £5pp. Groups can play unlimited ping pong and other games throughout their booking period.

Basic furniture (chairs) is included in conference packages. For mainspace events, furniture hire costs around £800 + VAT. Due to limited chairs in the venue, additional chair hire fees may apply for larger events requiring extensive seating arrangements.

You can pre-pay the full minimum spend upfront as a deposit. Food and drink purchases are deducted from this amount on the day. Once the minimum spend is reached, any remaining deposit is refunded. If the minimum isn't met, the shortfall is taken from the deposit and the remainder refunded.
