Frequently asked questions

Venue hire for Vision Hall starts at £35,000-£42,000 per day, with a mandatory food and beverage minimum spend of £15,000-£18,000. A refundable damage deposit of £10,000 is required, payable 30 days before the event. Total costs typically range from £60,000-£80,000 depending on guest count and requirements.

Vision Hall can accommodate up to 420 guests for seated dining in a single space. For larger events up to 700 guests, you can hire Vision Hall combined with the mezzanine and Inner Space across three connected levels, though this requires budget flexibility for the expanded configuration.

All catering is provided exclusively by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the venue's in-house catering partner. Outside caterers are not permitted. The catering package includes service staff, tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and quality linen, with options ranging from 3-course seated meals to canapé receptions.

The venue hire includes a dedicated venue manager, head of security for up to 17 hours, 2 AV technicians for up to 8 hours, extensive AV infrastructure with built-in stage and 7x4m LED screen, cloakroom facilities, and pre-tenancy plus post-event cleaning. The venue features 13-meter-high ceilings and state-of-the-art integrated AV systems.

Events typically run with strict timing from 7:00pm to 1:00am with last orders at 12:30am. The venue is currently unavailable for bookings until mid-April 2025, with next available dates from that period onward. Setup access can begin earlier in the day depending on requirements.

The venue accommodates various dining events including award ceremonies, gala dinners, corporate events, and wedding receptions. Standing events in Inner Space are limited to 700 guests with no licensable activities permitted. All events must comply with the venue's security and cleaning guidelines.

The venue includes a built-in stage, 7x4m LED screen, comprehensive sound system, microphones, projectors, and smart rigging system. Two dedicated AV technicians are included for up to 8 hours per event day. Additional AV services are provided through partner Pixl Evolution for more complex production requirements.

A £10,000 refundable damage deposit is required 30 days before the event. The venue requests confirmation of budget flexibility during initial discussions, and proposals are provided after reviewing specific event requirements. Site visits can be arranged, and the venue offers a 360-degree virtual tour for initial viewing.

The venue offers multiple spaces including Vision Hall (800 sqm grand ballroom), Inner Space (670 sqm contemporary space), green rooms, mezzanine level, and multiple dedicated entrances up to 2.5m wide. The building spans over 20,000 square metres with multiple breakout spaces and cloakroom facilities.

The venue is currently in high demand with limited availability until mid-April 2025. Popular dates like October 25th receive significant interest, so early booking is essential. The venue can hold dates temporarily while clients review proposals and compare options with other venues.
