This versatile space, is an excellent choice for hosting, TED talks, standing reception events, Christmas parties, private gatherings, trade shows, workshops, and receptions. The space provides a triple-height entrance and two 20-meter-high enclosed atriums, creating a dramatic setting for any event. With customisable LED lighting, integrated AV system and complemented by interior design of well known British designer Tom Dixon, Inner Space can transform to meet any specific requirements. The aesthetic atrium and contemporary design within this building ensures a truly unique experience.




Frequently asked questions

Vision Hall accommodates up to 420 guests seated, 1,100 standing, or 600 theatre-style. When combined with Inner Space, the total capacity increases to 1,300 standing or 700 seated across both spaces. Inner Space alone holds 700 standing guests with no licensable activities.

Vision Hall costs £35,000-£42,000 per day depending on requirements. This includes a dedicated venue manager, head of security for up to 17 hours, 2 AV technicians for up to 8 hours, extensive AV infrastructure with built-in stage and 7x4m LED screen, cloakroom facilities, and pre/post-event cleaning. A £10,000 refundable damage deposit is required.

There is a minimum food and beverage spend of £15,000-£18,000 depending on the event. Seated meal packages start from approximately £144 per person for a 3-course meal with drinks. Canapé receptions must be purchased with a drinks package, and 3-hour drinks packages cost around £46 per person.

Events typically run from 7:00pm to 1:00am with last orders at 12:30am for evening events. Day events can start from 8:00am with organizer access from 7:00am. The venue is currently unavailable until mid-April 2025 due to construction and refurbishment work.

Vision Hall includes a built-in stage, 7x4m LED screen, state-of-the-art sound system, microphones, projectors, and smart rigging system. Two dedicated AV technicians are included for up to 8 hours per day. Additional AV services are provided by partner company Pixl Evolution for more complex requirements.

The venue operates with in-house catering by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection and has preferred suppliers for AV. While dry hire options may be available for certain events, the venue typically requires use of their catering services to meet minimum spend requirements. External supplier arrangements would need specific approval.

Vision Hall is an 800 sqm grand ballroom with 13-metre-high ceilings, built-in stage, and premium AV. Inner Space is a 670 sqm contemporary space with flexible layout, ideal for exhibitions and catering. Both spaces can be hired together for larger events, with Inner Space often used for pre-function drinks and Vision Hall for main events.

The venue is heavily booked with availability from mid-April 2025 onwards. Payment is required 30 days before the event, and there are indications that popular dates like October 25th have significant interest. Early booking is essential, especially for peak dates and larger events.

The venue can accommodate various event types including fashion shows, corporate events, awards ceremonies, and private parties. Boxing events and large-scale productions are possible with proper planning. However, events requiring capacities over 1,300 standing cannot be accommodated, and all events must comply with licensing restrictions.

The venue provides cloakroom facilities, security services (head of security included for up to 17 hours), dedicated venue management, and pre/post-event cleaning. Loading access is available for equipment setup and breakdown. The venue is located on Bidborough Street in King's Cross with excellent transport links.
