Set in the very centre of King's Cross, this luxurious venue offers two vast and versatile spaces. The interiors designed by renowned British designer Tom Dixon, these spaces feature more than five independent entrances, 1500 square metres of space, a mezzanine and direct car access. This Grade II listed landmark provides a majestic canvas for award events, product launches, standing receptions, Christmas parties fashion shows, exhibitions & filming opportunities. The venue provides next-generation AV systems from PIXL Evolution and diverse catering options, ensuring truly unique experience.




Frequently asked questions

Vision Hall accommodates up to 420 guests seated, 1,100 standing, or 600 theatre-style. Inner Space holds 700 guests standing with no licensable activities. When both spaces are hired together, the combined maximum capacity is 1,300 standing or 700 seated across three levels (including the mezzanine).

Vision Hall costs £35,000-£42,000 per day (excluding VAT). This includes a dedicated venue manager, head of security for up to 17 hours, 2 AV technicians for up to 8 hours, extensive AV infrastructure with built-in stage and 7x4m LED screen, cloakroom facilities, and pre/post-event cleaning. A £10,000 refundable damage deposit is required.

There is a minimum food and beverage spend of £15,000-£18,000 per event. Catering is provided exclusively by in-house partner Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. External catering is not permitted - all food and beverage must be purchased through the venue's approved suppliers.

The venue is currently unavailable for events until mid-April 2025 due to ongoing construction and refurbishment work. February and March 2025 dates are completely unavailable. Wedding bookings are being taken for 2026 onwards.

The venue includes a fully integrated AV system with built-in stage, 7x4m LED screen, sound system, microphones, projectors, and smart rigging system. Two AV technicians are included for up to 8 hours per event day. Additional AV services are provided by partner Pixl Evolution for more complex production requirements.

Events typically run from 7:00pm to 1:00am with last orders at 12:30am for evening events. Day events can start from 8:00am. Setup access is available from 7:00am on event day. One customer requested access from 7am to 7pm for an 8-day period, indicating flexibility for extended hire periods.

The venue does not automatically hold dates during the proposal review process. When asked about holding dates, the venue requires confirmation and likely a deposit to secure availability. Given high demand, especially for popular dates like October 25th, early commitment is recommended.

A £10,000 refundable damage deposit is required for all events. Payment for venue hire is required 30 days before the event date. The venue operates on a minimum spend model for food and beverage rather than a traditional hire fee plus catering structure.

The venue cannot accommodate events requiring more than 1,300 standing guests across both spaces combined. Events with budgets significantly below £20,000 total (like the £3,000 budget mentioned) are typically declined. Boxing events and large-scale productions are accepted subject to specific requirements and approvals.
