Frequently asked questions

Vision Hall accommodates up to 420 guests seated, 1,100 standing, or 600 theatre-style. Inner Space holds 700 guests standing with no licensable activities. When both spaces are hired together, the combined maximum capacity is 1,300 standing or 700 seated across three levels (Vision Hall ground floor, mezzanine, and Inner Space).

The venue hire includes a dedicated venue manager, head of security for up to 17 hours per day, 2 AV technicians for up to 8 hours per day, extensive AV infrastructure with built-in stage and 7x4m LED screen, cloakroom facilities, and pre-tenancy plus post-event cleaning. A refundable damage deposit of £10,000 is required.

Based on quotes provided, Vision Hall hire ranges from £35,000-£47,000 per day depending on the event requirements. There is typically a minimum food and beverage spend requirement of £15,000-£18,000. Payment is required 30 days before the event date.

The venue is currently unavailable for events until mid-April 2025 due to ongoing construction and refurbishment. Availability from mid-April 2025 onwards is confirmed, with bookings being taken for dates from that period forward.

Vision Hall features a built-in stage, 7x4m LED screen, state-of-the-art sound system, microphones, projectors, and smart rigging system. The venue includes 2 AV technicians for up to 8 hours per day and has excellent acoustics with 13-metre-high ceilings for optimal sound quality.

Catering is provided exclusively by in-house partner Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, offering bespoke menus including 3-course meals, canapés, coffee breaks, and drinks packages. Sample pricing shows seated meals from £35,850 for 250 guests and drinks packages from £13,800 for 3-hour service.

Events typically run with strict timing of 7:00pm to 1:00am with last orders at 12:30am. Day events can start from 8:00am with organizer access from 7:00am. The venue allows access for the entire day when required for setup and breakdown.

The venue does not appear to offer complimentary holds based on the correspondence. When asked about holding dates, clients are advised that there is significant interest in popular dates and are encouraged to confirm bookings promptly to secure availability.

Vision Hall is recommended for main presentations, awards ceremonies, and seated dinners with its grand ballroom feel and built-in stage. Inner Space works well for exhibitions, catering areas, networking receptions, and standing events with its contemporary industrial design and polished concrete floors.
