The Palm Lounge requires £9,500 inclusive of VAT and service charge for evening events (18:00-00:00), while the Gin Terrace requires £7,500 inclusive for similar timings. Three main packages are offered: Jet Set at £66 per person (3 house drinks, street food, carnival games, 90-minute reserved area), All Set at £78 per person (90 minutes unlimited drinks, street food, carnival games, 90-minute area), and Ultimate Set at £98 per person (3 hours unlimited drinks, street food, carnival games, 3-hour area). All packages include one round of 9-hole crazy golf and have a 10% service charge added.

The Palm Lounge accommodates up to 50 guests with elegant lounge seating at the back and standing space at the front. The Gin Terrace also holds up to 50 guests and features a private bar with views over the golf course. The venue can accommodate larger groups across multiple floors, with the Meteorite floor handling up to 900 guests for major events.

All packages include street food from three of London's best vendors including Pizza Pilgrims, Patty&Bun, Breddos Tacos, and Crosstown, with food valued at £16-17.50 per person depending on package. The venue provides platter menus for events, and there's a specially curated kids menu available for family sessions. External catering arrangements are not mentioned in the standard offerings.

Swingers cannot hold specific dates without payment due to high enquiry volume. An initial payment is required to secure your booking, after which a contract is sent with full payment details. Site visits can be arranged to view spaces and meet the team before committing to the booking.

All dining packages include one round of 9-hole crazy golf per person with scheduled tee-off times, plus Carnival games (5-9 games per person depending on package). Evening events include a DJ from 18:00, and there's a 3D photo podium available. The venue features 30 retro arcade games in the Carnival area.

Swingers is usually an 18+ venue, but family packages are available on Sundays only. Under 18s are permitted during specific Sunday sessions: 11am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-2pm, 2pm-3:30pm, and 3:30pm-5pm. All under 18s must vacate the venue before 6pm on Sundays, and a special kids menu is available.
