The lounge can accommodate up to 120 people for networking receptions. For more intimate dining events, the connected Galley space can be transformed for private dinners for up to 10 guests, with the lounge serving as a pre and post-dinner drinks area.

What AV equipment is included with the lounge hire?

The space includes a 55-inch screen with video conferencing facilities, USB and HDMI connections, flipchart, and 2 roaming microphones. This equipment is included in the hire price at no additional cost.

Can I bring my own catering or do I need to use your caterers?

You can bring external food for a corkage fee of £750 + VAT. Alternatively, the venue works with BM caterers who provide various menu options including breakfast, lunch, and drinks packages.
