Frequently asked questions

The venue operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. The 6th floor lounge is only available for hire from 6pm onwards during operational hours, as it's a shared space with MYO members during the day. Setup can typically begin from 5:30pm.

The Press room costs £2,520 + VAT for full-day hire. This includes built-in AV equipment (55" screen with video conferencing facilities, flipchart, 2x roaming mics, USB + HDMI connections). The room can accommodate 60 theatre style, 40 banquet/half moon, or 120 reception style.

The 6th floor lounge with rooftop terrace costs £2,400 + VAT for a 3-hour hire from 6pm to 9pm. This space offers spectacular views over London and includes access to the wraparound terrace.

Catering is provided by BM caterers with various options available. Tea and coffee costs £3.50 + VAT per person. Light breakfast is £19.50 per person and gourmet working lunch is £25.85 per person. If you bring external catering, there's a corkage fee of £750 + VAT.

No, there is no parking available on-site for external members or event guests. You'll need to arrange alternative parking in the surrounding area.

No, the venue is only open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. Weekend bookings are not available as confirmed when a Sunday booking was declined.

The Press room can be arranged in cabaret layout with round tables, theatre style seating, banquet setup, or half moon configuration. You can also blue tac posters onto walls and windows for workshop exercises.

Yes, there are additional boardrooms available including the Codex boardroom for up to 20 guests, and the Galley room for up to 10 people in boardroom style. There's also a ground floor lounge available as a breakout space for £250 + VAT.

If your budget doesn't meet their pricing requirements, they offer to pass your enquiry to other MYO locations through their event enquiry form. They have multiple MYO offices that may have spaces fitting different budget requirements.
