Frequently asked questions

Evening hire costs £1,050 + VAT from 6pm to 9pm, with rates increasing in January 2025. The Atrium can be hired for £2,400 + VAT for evening events from 18:00 to 21:00, with possible extensions to 21:30 and earlier setup access available for discussion.

The Atrium accommodates up to 150 people across both floors (100 in the main Atrium, 50 on the floor above), with a maximum of 78 people in theatre-style setup for presentations. The Assembly room seats 28 people for meetings, while smaller meeting rooms like Assembly 1 accommodate 6 people at £65 + VAT per hour.

External catering incurs a 15% venue fee on total catering spend to cover admin time and cleaning by onsite team. For larger events, there's a £750 + VAT venue fee to cover permits and access into the building and facilities.

Standard AV includes 75" 4K wall screens, 3x mobile 55" screens, ceiling microphones and speakers, conferencing cameras, and hybrid meeting capability. Meeting rooms feature 55" screens with USB and HDMI device connections, video conferencing, and magnetic whiteboards.

The venue does not operate on Sundays and will decline Sunday enquiries. Key staff work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, which may affect response times and availability discussions on other days.
