Our most adaptable meeting room, this space offers the flexibility to be divided into three separate spaces. When fully opened, it accommodates up to 54 guests in theatre-style, making it an ideal setup for presentations, talks and trainings. For more intimate gatherings, there's room for 28 delegates around the adjustable boardroom table, allowing for collaborative discussions while basking in the abundance of natural daylight flooding the room. The Assembly room is well-equipped with an 85-inch built0in screen and video conferencing capabilities.




Frequently asked questions

The Assembly room costs £65 + VAT per hour for smaller bookings. For full day hire, pricing is £2,160 + VAT. Evening hire (6pm-9pm) is £1,050 + VAT, with rates increasing in January 2025.

The Assembly accommodates up to 54 guests in theatre-style layout or 28 delegates around the boardroom table. The space can be divided into three separate rooms for smaller meetings of 6 people each.

The room includes an 85-inch built-in screen, video conferencing capabilities, USB and HDMI device connections, 100 mbps WiFi, and unlimited tea, coffee and filtered water. All AV equipment is included in the base hire price.

External catering is permitted but incurs a 15% venue fee on the total catering spend to cover admin time and cleaning. Alternatively, there's a flat £750 + VAT venue fee for external caterers to cover permits and building access.

The venue does not operate on Sundays. Key staff work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, which may affect booking coordination and event support availability.

In-house catering is provided by Bartlett and Mitchell with various packages available. Light breakfast costs £19.50 per person, sandwich working lunch is £14.35 per person, and unlimited tea/coffee/water is £3.50 per person.

The space is suitable for presentations, corporate events, educational seminars, and meetings. The room can be reconfigured during events (such as changing from boardroom to networking setup during lunch breaks) and supports various presentation formats including theatre-style and boardroom layouts.
