The Directors Lounge is a premium versatile space within the stadium and features a stunning velvet banquette-seated reception area which is perfect for up to 100 guests for a drinks reception or party.

For added glitz and glamour the fabulous Chelsea FC prized trophy collection can be installed behind the bar to add prestige and a sense of sporting heritage.

In addition to the space inside the room the Directors Lounge has access to the exclusive directors' terrace featuring the best views of the stadium which is the perfect setting for your VIP event.




Frequently asked questions

The Great Hall has a minimum charge of £50,000 plus VAT, regardless of your event size or requirements. This is a non-negotiable minimum spend that applies to all bookings for this space.

Room hire varies significantly by space: The Great Hall starts at £50,000 plus VAT minimum, Canoville Suite is £3,000-£5,000 plus VAT (discounted rates available), Under the Bridge is £6,000-£11,500 plus VAT (discounted rates available), Harris Suite is £4,000 plus VAT, and Tambling Suite is £2,000-£3,000 plus VAT. Weekend rates may differ from weekday pricing.

Carpet and draping is mandatory for The Great Hall at £12,500 plus VAT. Under the Bridge requires a minimum spend of £800 on the cash bar. Account bar setup carries a £800 plus VAT running fee, and there's a £4,000 plus VAT setup fee for The Great Hall events.

The Great Hall accommodates up to 1,000 guests standing reception only - no other layouts are possible for this capacity. Canoville Suite holds up to 500 standing reception, Under the Bridge accommodates up to 550 standing reception, and smaller suites like Harris and Tambling work for meetings and smaller events with various seating arrangements.

Events cannot be held on match days when Chelsea FC has scheduled fixtures. The venue will decline bookings if there's a fixture scheduled for your requested date, even if it's an England game rather than a Chelsea home match. You should confirm fixture-free dates before finalizing any booking.

Drinks packages include: 1-hour unlimited sparkling wine at £22 plus VAT per person, 1-hour unlimited beer and wine at £25 plus VAT per person, 2-hour unlimited beer and wine at £35 plus VAT per person, and 3-hour unlimited beer and wine at £45 plus VAT per person. Cash bars are also available with minimum spend requirements.

Day Delegate Rates range from £65-£102 plus VAT per person including arrival refreshments, mid-morning tea/coffee, working lunch, afternoon refreshments, hydration station, and room hire. Dinner packages start at £140 plus VAT per person including three-course dinner, wine, and room setup. Street food and buffet options are also available.

Basic AV packages start from £795 plus VAT and can go up to £9,100 plus VAT depending on requirements. Peachy Productions is the onsite AV company providing equipment and technicians. Basic packages typically include projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems, with upgrade options available for more complex productions.

Under the Bridge has a 1am late license making it suitable for after-parties with bands or DJs. Most other spaces operate during standard venue hours. Events typically need to conclude by 11pm unless using Under the Bridge, and setup times vary by space and event complexity.

The venue requires detailed event information including objective, timings, preferred dates, format, budget, catering requirements, setup preferences, and guest numbers before providing proposals. Updates are required by specified deadlines or the space will be released. Payment terms and deposit requirements are confirmed during the proposal stage.
