The Millennium Suites at the Chelsea Football Club are perfect meeting rooms for business functions. The suites have spectacular pitch views from their exclusive location high up next to the executive boxes.

Events that can be held here include meetings, seminars, workshops, and training, including IT training.

You can choose a package that includes a home game, exclusive gifts for your guests, and onsite parking. The suites are flexible, and can accommodate 12 to 35 delegates. Your dedicated event hostess will ensure that you and your guests have all you need for a productive day.

The Great Hall has a minimum charge of £50,000 plus VAT, making it unsuitable for smaller budgets. Smaller suites like the Hollins Suite, Tambling Suite (£2,000 plus VAT), Harris Suite (£4,000 plus VAT), and Canoville Suite (£3,000-£5,000 plus VAT) offer more accessible pricing options. Day delegate rates start from £65 plus VAT per person with minimum numbers typically required.

Events cannot be accommodated when Chelsea has home fixtures scheduled, even if England matches are playing elsewhere. The venue requires flexibility around dates due to potential fixture changes. If a match gets confirmed after your booking, you may be asked to leave the venue or potentially cancel without charge, though specific cancellation policies should be confirmed at booking.

The Great Hall can accommodate 1,000 delegates standing only - other layouts will not work for this capacity. The Canoville Suite handles up to 500 standing reception, while smaller suites like Hollins and Tambling work well for meetings of 30-100 people in various layouts including cabaret, theatre, and boardroom styles.

Carpet and draping costs £12,500 plus VAT for weekend events in spaces like the Great Hall. AV packages start from £795 plus VAT, with more comprehensive packages available from £9,100 plus VAT. Set-up fees of £4,000 plus VAT apply to larger events, and account bar setup carries an £800 plus VAT running fee.

DDR packages range from £65-£102 plus VAT per person depending on the space and requirements. They typically include arrival tea/coffee with pastries, mid-morning refreshments, working lunch buffet, afternoon refreshments, hydration station, and main meeting room hire. Some packages also include carpet/draping and basic AV equipment.

The venue requires prompt responses to hold space - they will release bookings if no update is received by the end of the week after initial contact. You'll need to provide event objectives, timings, preferred dates, format, budget, catering requirements, setup preferences, and number of guests before receiving a detailed proposal.

Weekend pricing is significantly higher - Saturday and Sunday hire for the Great Hall costs £8,000 plus VAT per day, compared to lower weekday rates. Additional weekend costs include mandatory carpet and draping at £12,500 plus VAT, making weekend events substantially more expensive than weekday bookings.

The venue cannot accommodate events with extremely short notice - they specifically declined a booking request for the following day. Events require adequate setup time and advance planning, so bookings should be made well in advance to ensure availability and proper event coordination.

Drinks packages range from £22 plus VAT per person for 1-hour unlimited sparkling wine to £45 plus VAT for 3-hour unlimited beer and wine. Dinner packages start at £140 plus VAT per person including three-course meal, wine, and room setup. Cash bars are available with minimum spend requirements, such as £800 minimum for Under the Bridge venue.

Basic AV packages start at £795 plus VAT and can include projectors, screens, microphones, and PA systems. More comprehensive packages reach £9,100 plus VAT with enhanced branding options. The venue works with Peachy Productions as their onsite AV company, and technical support can be arranged for sound, lighting, and presentation management.
