The Directors Lounge is the perfect setting for a VIP banqueting experience with space for up to 48 guests for a seated dinner.

In addition to stunning velvet banquette seating in the reception area we are able to install our prized trophy collection adding a sparkle to your event as well as a sense of sporting heritage.




Frequently asked questions

The Great Hall has a minimum charge of £50,000 plus VAT, regardless of your actual spend. This applies to all dining events and cannot be reduced based on guest numbers or event requirements.

Room hire varies significantly by space: The Great Hall costs £8,000 plus VAT per day, Harris Suite is £4,000 plus VAT, Canoville Suite is £3,000-£5,000 plus VAT, and Tambling Suite is £2,000 plus VAT. All prices are subject to seasonal increases.

Carpet and draping is mandatory at £12,500 plus VAT for The Great Hall. Event security and cloakroom services are also mandatory for dining events, though specific costs aren't detailed in standard quotes.

The Dinner Package is £140 plus VAT per person and includes carpet & drape, glass of sparkling wine on arrival, three-course dinner from the classic menu, half bottle of house wine per person, mineral water, cloakroom, event security, and room hire. The Great Hall accommodates up to 1,000 guests standing reception only - no seated dining options are available for this capacity. The Directors Lounge seats up to 48 guests for seated dinner, while other suites have varying capacities depending on layout requirements.

Yes, events cannot be held on match days when Chelsea has home fixtures. The venue will decline bookings if fixtures are scheduled, and availability depends on the Premier League fixture list which is released seasonally.

AV packages start from £795 plus VAT for basic setups, with premium packages available from £9,100 plus VAT. There's also a mandatory setup fee of £4,000 plus VAT for The Great Hall events.

Account bar setup costs £800 plus VAT as a running fee. Drinks packages include 1-hour unlimited sparkling wine at £22 plus VAT per person, and beer & wine packages ranging from £25 plus VAT (1 hour) to £45 plus VAT (3 hours) per person.

The venue requires significant advance notice and will release held spaces if no update is received by the end of the week after initial inquiry. Same-day or next-day bookings are not accommodated.
