What are the pricing options for corporate events and team activities?

Corporate packages range from £38.99 per person for the Gold Standard Package (E-Karting plus 2 activities) to £65.49 per person for the Level 3 Package (choice of 2 activities, 2 drinks tokens, street food buffet, unlimited arcade credit, and event host). Day Delegate Rates start at £66 per person including meeting room hire, meals, snacks, and AV equipment. Full venue hire starts at £29,000-£32,000 for exclusive use of all activities.

What activities are included in the different packages?

Activities include E-Karting, 14 Augmented Reality Bowling Lanes, 6 AR Darts booths, 9-hole Urban Street Golf, 3 Immersive Gamebox rooms, Hologate VR, Sandbox VR, shuffleboards, pool tables, and arcade games. Most packages allow you to choose 2-3 activities, with E-Karting typically being the premium option that's included in higher-tier packages.

What are the capacity limits for different event spaces?

Newtons Sports Bar has a fire regulation capacity of 300 people but comfortably fits 200 for standing events. The venue can accommodate up to 1,000 people for full venue hire across all four floors. Sandbox VR accommodates 6 players per arena, and groups of 8 can be split into 2 groups of 4 players per arena.

What food and beverage options are available?

Food packages range from £11.35 per person for kids' party buffets to £24 per person for multi-national selections with halal-certified meats. Drinks tokens cost £30-£32.50 per person for 5 tokens including soft drinks, house wine, spirits with mixers, and beer. Minimum bar spend for private areas like Newtons Bar is £5,000-£7,000, with 100% of this value usable for drinks.

Can we bring external caterers or do you have restrictions?

External caterers are not allowed at Gravity MAX Wandsworth. The venue has an in-house catering team that provides all food and beverage services. They can accommodate dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, halal, and allergen-specific needs through their existing menu options.

What AV equipment and meeting facilities are available?

The venue provides TV screens, PA system, microphones, lectern, flipchart and stationery, and free Wi-Fi. Conference rooms are available with LED screens for presentations. The Isaac Newton Suite and Newtons Lounge are suitable for meetings and presentations, with Newtons Lounge featuring floor-to-ceiling windows on the top floor.

A parent/guardian must be physically present for guests under 18 years old to sign minor waiver forms.

Are there age restrictions or physical requirements for activities?

Sandbox VR requires guests to be 1.2m (48″) or taller, able to support gear weight of 2kg for up to 1 hour, and walk unassisted for 30 minutes with full use of both hands. The Deadwood Phobia experience is not recommended for children under 15. The experience is not currently wheelchair accessible.
