What are the venue hire costs for private corporate events?

Newton's Lounge exclusive hire costs £1,000 plus VAT and includes TV screen, PA system, lectern, and microphone. Newton's Sports Bar private hire has a £5,000 minimum bar spend (100% usable for drinks) with capacity for 200 people but fire regulation capacity of 300. Full venue hire for larger events starts at £29,000-£32,000 including all activities and spaces.

What meeting room facilities and AV equipment are available?

Conference rooms are available with LED screens, PA systems with microphones, lecterns, flip charts, stationery, and free Wi-Fi included. Newton's Lounge features floor-to-ceiling windows and is equipped with TV screen, PA system, and microphone. All meeting spaces include standard AV setup suitable for presentations and corporate meetings.

What activities can be included in corporate packages and how are they priced?

Activities include E-Karting, 14 AR Bowling Lanes, 6 AR Darts booths, 9-hole Urban Street Golf, 3 Immersive Gamebox rooms, Hologate VR, Sandbox VR, shuffleboards, pool tables, and arcade games. Full venue hire can accommodate up to 1,000 delegates. Sandbox VR accommodates 6 players per arena, so groups of 8 would be split into 2 groups of 4 players each.

What are the booking requirements and advance notice needed?

The venue offers a 10% discount for events booked before 15th February 2025 using code 'MAXJAN'. Peak pricing applies with 20% uplift for Wednesday and Thursday events compared to Monday and Tuesday rates.

What are the age restrictions and requirements for activities?

Sandbox VR requires guests to be 1.2m (48″) or taller, able to support 2KG gear weight for up to 1 hour, and walk unassisted for 30 minutes with full use of both hands. For guests under 18, a parent/guardian must be physically present to sign waiver forms. Deadwood Phobia experience is not recommended for children under 15 years old.

What are the operating hours and event timing restrictions?

Corporate events can run during standard business hours with Day Delegate packages typically covering 9am-5pm. Evening events can extend until close, with some events running 6pm-midnight or later.
