The Conference Suite Day Delegate Rate Package costs £127.20 + VAT per person for 90-158 delegates and includes room hire from 09:00-17:00, AV equipment with technician, arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, two-course lunch, and afternoon refreshments.
When is Lincoln's Inn closed and unavailable for bookings?
Lincoln's Inn is closed for the entire month of August and during Easter from 17 April at 15:00, reopening on 28 April. The venue is also fully booked certain weeks, such as the week of 25 November 2025.
What catering restrictions apply to business events?
Outside food is strictly prohibited - only in-house catering is allowed. All food and beverage must be provided by Lincoln's Inn's catering team.
What AV equipment and technical support is included for business meetings?
The Conference Suite includes projection, screen and sound facilities in the lecture theatre with an AV technician included. Additional AV equipment and technical support can be arranged for other meeting spaces.
