Our seasonal set menus can cater for all guests and their dietary requirements; however, working with our Head Chef on a bespoke menu for your needs is also an option.

12 Hay Hill offers two main dining spaces: the Library Rooms (ground floor mezzanine) accommodating up to 18 guests, and the Lower Ground Round Room accommodating up to 14 guests. Both spaces feature elegant décor with the Library Rooms having floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and golden chandeliers, while the Round Room features velvet seating and a grand central chandelier.

The Library Rooms cost £130 per hour with a 3-hour minimum (£390 total) plus a £1,000 minimum spend on food and drinks. The Lower Ground Round Room costs £90 per hour with a 3-hour minimum (£270 total) plus a £1,000 minimum spend on food and drinks. All prices include VAT.

A 13.5% service charge is automatically added to all food and beverage bills. This charge covers your dedicated team member who will assist throughout your event. The service charge is separate from the room hire fee and minimum spend requirements.

All food and beverage choices must be pre-ordered exactly one week prior to your booking date. This advance notice is mandatory and allows the kitchen to properly prepare for your event.

12 Hay Hill offers a selection of canapés, bowl food options, and three-course menus featuring fine ingredients. All menus can be tailored to accommodate dietary requirements, and working with the Head Chef on a bespoke menu is also possible for your specific needs.

The dining rooms include temperature control and can accommodate light background music. For larger events requiring presentation equipment, AV facilities may be available but specific equipment details should be confirmed when booking your dining space.

Yes, welcome drinks can be arranged in The Bar before your dining event. This option is available for both the Library Rooms and Lower Ground Round Room bookings, allowing guests to gather for drinks before moving to the dining space.

After confirming availability, 12 Hay Hill will send a contract of agreement along with an invoice. The venue can place bookings on hold for up to one week while you make your decision. Payment terms and deposit requirements will be outlined in the contract documentation.

Based on availability patterns, 12 Hay Hill appears to have limited availability on Thursdays, particularly in November and December. Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) may also be restricted, so flexibility with dates is recommended when planning your dining event.
