The Lounge on the top floor of the Club offers views of Berkeley Square and Mayfair and is filled with an abundance of natural light throughout the day and evening. The versatile space can be configured in a plethora of ways, from theatre style for panels, training and presentations to standing drinks receptions and cabaret round tables for seated dinners.

The Bar provides an intimate space which can easily go from day to evening, from networking cocktail events to seated dinners.

The Libraries, Lower Ground Round and Ground Round are suitable for meetings, presentations and private dining.




Frequently asked questions

The Lounge (4th floor) has room hire fees ranging from £2,000-£5,000 depending on timing and event type, with minimum spends of £4,000-£7,000 for food and beverages. The Bar has a £2,000-£3,000 room hire fee with £4,000-£5,000 minimum spend. Library Rooms cost £130 per hour (3-hour minimum) with £1,000 minimum spend, and Lower Ground Round Room costs £90 per hour (3-hour minimum) with £1,000 minimum spend.

The Lounge accommodates up to 60 guests in cabaret style for seated events or larger numbers for standing receptions. The Bar can host intimate gatherings to larger parties with its own private terrace. Library Rooms accommodate up to 18 guests, and Lower Ground Round Room accommodates up to 14 guests for private dining.

Room hire fees include AV equipment (projector, screen, handheld mics, lectern, flipchart), manned cloakroom, furniture removal and setup, and security. A mandatory 13.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage bills. All prices include VAT.

Standard exclusive access is typically 18:00-23:00 for evening events. For The Lounge, if you can start at 5pm instead of earlier, the room hire fee can be reduced from £5,000 to £3,500. An optional late license until 02:00 is available for an additional £500.

Food and beverage choices must be pre-ordered one week prior to your booking. For canapés, there is a minimum order of 20 pieces per type. The venue offers canapés, bowl food options, and three-course menus with prices varying by selection.

Included AV equipment features projector with large screen and sound, 2 handheld microphones, lectern, flipchart, and laptop connection capability. The venue can accommodate hybrid conferencing for remote attendees and has DJ booth equipment available for events requiring music.

The venue is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Availability varies significantly by date, with some periods having limited availability on specific weekdays. Thursday availability appears particularly limited during certain periods.

After initial enquiry, the venue can place a provisional hold for one week while you decide. Once confirmed, they send a contract and invoice. Site visits can be arranged during weekday afternoons, and you should ask for Amanda at reception upon arrival.

The venue includes comprehensive AV equipment in the room hire fee, but policies on external AV suppliers are not clearly specified. You should confirm with the venue whether client-supplied microphones, PA systems, or other technical equipment can be used.

Setup time and requirements vary by event type and timing. For events starting at 3pm, setup from 2pm may incur additional charges. The venue handles furniture removal and setup as part of the room hire fee, but extended setup periods may require negotiation.
