The Court and Luncheon Rooms on the ground floor work well for smaller conferences, meetings, and as breakout spaces, with the Luncheon Room serving as dedicated catering space.
What happens if my preferred date is unavailable?
The venue operates on a first and second option system - dates can be held provisionally as a second option while another client considers it. If your exact date isn't available, the events team will suggest alternative dates, typically offering 2-3 nearby options for flexibility.
What staffing and services are included in event packages?
All packages include event staffing, manned cloakroom, steward on entrance, security on the front desk, all glassware/linen/crockery, and full event management. Fine dining packages also include onsite venue coordination and access to the Grand Piano.

Events requiring both daytime and evening use of the same date may not be possible if there's already a daytime booking. Setup and de-rig times are included within the hire period. The venue is closed on Sundays, and some dates may have limited availability from 8:30am-12pm only.
