The Court Room is the perfect backdrop for smaller boardroom meetings (up to 24 guests) or seminars of up to 50 guests theater style.

The Court Room comes with a large LCD Screen with inbuilt zoom connectivity to dial in delegates oversees or external to your event.

The Luncheon Room would then be utilized as your main catering/networking space during the day. If the weather is nice, then you can also maximise on space and use the Courtyard as well.

The Court Room accommodates up to 24 guests for boardroom meetings, 50 guests theatre style, or 30 guests cabaret style. The Luncheon Room serves as the dedicated catering and networking space during business events and can be used alongside the Court Room for breakout sessions.

Based on available pricing examples, daytime business packages start from £97-£120 + VAT per person with minimum guest requirements. Extended hire from 1pm-6pm costs an additional £2,000 + VAT, while AV technician support is £480-£485 + VAT for up to 8 hours.

The Court Room includes a large LCD screen with built-in Zoom connectivity for dialing in overseas delegates, PA system, and up to 3 handheld microphones. A 2m wide projector screen with back projection and lectern are also available, with an AV technician required at £480-£485 + VAT.

The venue operates weekdays and Saturdays, with some availability from 8:30am-12:00pm for morning sessions. Evening events typically run 6pm-11pm, and the venue cannot accommodate events requiring both daytime and evening access on the same date if already booked.

No, external catering is not permitted. The venue has an exclusive relationship with their in-house catering partners, Company of Cooks, who provide all food and beverage services for events.

Business packages include arrival tea/coffee and pastries, sandwich lunch, mid-afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits, plus 2-hour unlimited drinks packages with house beer, wine and soft drinks. All packages include staffing, event management, steward on entrance, and manned cloakroom.

Yes, but extensions incur additional costs. Extending hire from 1pm-6pm costs £2,000 + VAT, and evening extensions beyond 11pm are available at £1,500 + VAT per hour. All extensions must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
