The Met Studio is filled with natural daylight streaming from the stylish plantation-style shutters within the room. This intimate space is ideal for interviews, press days or as a syndicate room for up to 6 guests. This room also works well as a space for refreshments to be served as it is interconnected with the larger Met Boardroom. The room also offers complimentary use of the plasma screen.




Frequently asked questions

Room hire rates vary by space and package. The Met Space costs £1,500 inc VAT for a full day, while the White Room ranges from £900-£2,000 inc VAT depending on requirements. Daily Delegate Packages are available at £130 per person inc VAT (excluding 12.5% service charge) and include room hire 9am-5pm, arrival refreshments, mid-morning coffee break, working lunch, afternoon coffee break, meeting stationery, WiFi, and one flipchart.

The Met Space accommodates maximum 26 guests in boardroom style and maximum 22 guests in each section. The White Room holds maximum 65 guests for standing events, maximum 65 for seating, and maximum 50 for seated dining. The Private Dining Room at COMO The Halkin (sister property) seats maximum 36 guests in boardroom style.

100% payment is required upfront along with a signed contract to secure any reservation. Payment details and the contract are provided upon confirmation. Spaces are typically held on first option for 7 days, though this can vary by enquiry.

Any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date will be subject to the full charge. This applies to all room bookings and catering arrangements.

All meeting spaces include high-speed WiFi, built-in plasma screens, meeting pads and pens, and IT Butler service for setup and technical assistance. External AV equipment can be outsourced for £600 inc VAT, which includes a 75-inch TV screen, setup and transportation.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage bills. Tea/coffee with infusions costs £7-£7.50 per serving, with pastries £12-£15 per serving. Bottled water costs £7-£8 per 750ml bottle. Sandwich lunch is £65 per person, buffet lunch £85 per person. External catering is not permitted due to health and safety regulations.

External catering is not permitted due to health and safety regulations - all food and beverage must be provided by the venue. Live music is welcome, but DJs are not permitted. External suppliers for activities like cocktail making or chocolate making can be accommodated with prior arrangement.

Deluxe City Rooms are available at £319 per room per night inc VAT for single occupancy. The venue can arrange accommodation packages in conjunction with meeting room bookings for multi-day events or when guests require overnight stays.

If COMO Metropolitan London is unavailable, the venue offers alternative space at COMO The Halkin, their sister property located just 8 minutes walking distance away. The Halkin features a Private Dining Area with wave-like ceiling made of over 7,000 glass receptacles filled with spices, accommodating up to 50 seated guests with similar service standards and pricing structure.
