"The Study" is perfect for private dinner parties, birthdays and celebrations, seating up to 15 people for a private dinner or up to 30 people standing for a private event,

Elegantly and quirkily designed with dark blues, garden greens and silver touches, this private function room is the perfect space for an intimate dinner party for up to 14 guests around our dining table.

Once dinner finishes, guests can enjoy a hidden pool table, plasma TV with HDMI connection, a private sound-system, fancy dress box, retro games including a Nintendo 64 and even board games!

They're back doing what they do best, hosting weekly house parties and dinner parties in a bigger and better flat, with multiple rooms available for private hire including a Living Room, Kitchen and even a Private Study!
