The Study
"The Study" is perfect for private dinner parties, birthdays and celebrations, seating up to 15 people for a private dinner or up to 30 people standing for a private event, Elegantly and quirkily designed with dark blues, garden greens and silver touches, this private function room is the perfect space for an intimate dinner party for up to 14 guests around our dining table. Once dinner finishes, guests can enjoy a hidden pool table, plasma TV with HDMI connection, a private sound-system, fancy dress box, retro games including a Nintendo 64 and even board games!
The Living Room
The Living Room is our main event space in the flat where we host our weekly house parties. Elegantly designed with many added quirks, the living room is a versatile and characterful space, with natural light, a variety of designs and unique features, providing an eclectic backdrop for any photoshoot or film set. Past clients have included Channel 4, Grammy and Brit-Award Winning Artists, alongside a variety of pop-ups and photo-installations. Over 100m squared of floorspace, allowing ample space for camera set-up and multiple shot angle opportunities.

The Kitchen makes a perfect place for pop-ups, product launches, and exhibitions with its bright colours and exquisite details. It was recognised in “The best bar in London 2018” awards. There is a private bar and a professional kitchen to ensure that you and your guests enjoy your time. Besides that, external catering is allowed. It can accommodate up to 60 people.

Enter our homely Living Room and meet under the Christmas tree for canapés and cocktails, followed by a sit-down dinner with the Roast Turkey of your dream and all the trimmings. Dive into a game of beer point in our Kitchen over a few rum butter mince pies, or enjoy a nostalgic game of Mario Kart or classic board games in our private Study. Then turn up the music, empty the fancy dress box and party until late!

They're back doing what they do best, hosting weekly house parties and dinner parties in a bigger and better flat, with multiple rooms available for private hire including a Living Room, Kitchen and even a Private Study!
