A mandatory technical rehearsal is included with every hire, typically lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your event complexity. This takes place at 10:30am on a weekday prior to your event day to test laptops, film content, and ensure everything works properly. You must book this at least two weeks in advance as slots fill up quickly.

For presentations, they can connect your laptop directly to the projector and recommend using 16:9 ratio full-frame presentations to properly fill their screens.
