Entering through the impressive World City Walkway, guests are immersed in two floors of London's rich transport history and able to enjoy pre-dinner receptions amongst our collection of red buses, trams and early tube carriages.

London Transport Museum have carefully selected six of London's finest caterers who create bespoke menus, flavoursome dishes and stunning service for up to 150 guests. Work in conjunction with our approved suppliers across AV, lighting and entertainment. Frequently asked questions

The Museum Galleries can accommodate up to 230 guests for a seated dinner or 600 for standing receptions. Venue hire costs £11,500 + VAT for 18:30-23:00, with extra hours available at £1,500 + VAT per hour until 1am. Early access from 18:00 is included for setup.

The museum has six carefully selected approved caterers who create bespoke menus for up to 150 guests in the dining configuration. External catering is not permitted - you must use one of their approved suppliers. Benugo is mentioned as the exclusive caterer for some spaces.

The hire includes exclusive use of two floors of Museum Galleries, staffing (event manager, security, cleaning, front of house team), complimentary cloakroom service, 85-inch LED screen on the built-in stage area, in-house AV assistant for PA system and microphones, and guest arrival from 18:30. All delegates receive complimentary museum entry on the event day.

Front of house access for organizers and suppliers begins at 18:00, with guest arrival from 18:30. The standard hire period runs until 23:00, with extensions available until 1am at £1,500 + VAT per hour. Setup time is built into the access period.

The venue includes an 85-inch LED presentation screen on the built-in stage area, PA system with microphones for speeches and background music, and an in-house technical assistant to coordinate equipment use. Additional AV requirements can be arranged through approved suppliers.

The venue mentions access to Winter Wonderland's Santa Grotto during Christmas periods and allows themed events. External decorating companies can be brought in for events like Casino Night or Murder Mystery themes, though specific restrictions on decorations around the historic transport collection are not detailed.
