What are the hire costs and minimum booking requirements for the Cubic Foyer?
The Cubic Foyer can be hired separately from 09:00-17:00 for £2,500 + VAT. Extra hours are available at £550 + VAT per hour, with one technician included for the first hour of your hire.
What AV equipment and technical facilities are included in the hire?
The space includes large display screens for company logos, presentations or videos, plus a purpose-built magnetic wall for displaying group work and brainstorms. Additional technical support beyond the first hour can be arranged at extra cost depending on requirements.
Can we bring external catering or are we restricted to in-house providers?
Benugo are the exclusive in-house caterer for the Cubic spaces. External catering is not permitted - all food and beverage must be provided through Benugo who can assist with menus and catering quotes.
What is included with museum access for delegates?
All delegates receive complimentary entry into the London Transport Museum on the day of your event. This allows access to explore the museum's transport history exhibits across two floors during breaks or before/after your meeting.
How far in advance can we provisionally hold the space and what are the booking terms?
