The Museum Galleries provide an immersive experience among iconic buses, trams and Tube carriages, ideal for dinners, awards, launches and celebrations for up to 230 guests seated or 600 standing across 2 floors of exhibitions.
The Cubic Theatre is a purpose-built auditorium for conferences, training and screenings, with a high-spec projector. An adjoining foyer provides space for registration, catering, breakouts and branding opportunities.

Benugo are the exclusive in-house caterer for the Cubic spaces. External catering is not permitted.
What is included with museum access for delegates?
All delegates receive complimentary entry into the London Transport Museum on the day of your event.
How far in advance can we provisionally hold the space and what are the booking terms?
The venue can provisionally hold spaces for 2 weeks while you confirm your booking.
What staffing and technical support is provided during our event?
One technician is available for the first hour of your hire to assist with AV setup and equipment.

The space is designed for workshop activities with a purpose-built magnetic wall specifically for displaying group work, brainstorms, and paper-based presentations. The versatile layout allows for various workshop formats, though specific equipment restrictions should be confirmed with the venue.
Can the Cubic Foyer be combined with the Cubic Theatre for larger events?
Yes, the Cubic Foyer adjoins the Cubic Theatre and both spaces can be hired together for £3,000 + VAT (09:00-17:00). This combination works well for events requiring both presentation space (theatre for 80-110 guests) and breakout areas (foyer for workshops and networking).
