The Cubic Foyer can accommodate up to 80 guests in a standing reception format due to recent refurbishment. It's ideal for guest registration, lunch, networking drinks, and breakout activities. The foyer includes a large screen for branding, promotional videos, or displaying itineraries, plus 4 poseur tables.
Can I hire just the theatre or foyer separately, and what are those costs?
Yes, you can hire the Cubic Foyer separately for £2,500 + VAT between 09:00-17:00.

What AV equipment is provided and what are the technical capabilities?
Projector and screen.

Benugo are the exclusive in-house caterer for the Cubic Theatre and Foyer.
All catering must be arranged through Benugo.
How long can I hold a provisional booking and what's the booking process?
The venue can provisionally hold space for 2 weeks. Contact the Venue Hire team on venuehire@ltmuseum.co.uk
What happens if I have more than 80 guests for the foyer portion?
If you have more than 80 guests, the venue advises organizing split breaks to ensure guest comfort, as the Cubic Foyer's capacity is limited to 80 guests standing due to recent refurbishment. The theatre itself can accommodate 110 seated guests.
What additional services and amenities are included?
All delegates receive complimentary entry into the Museum on the day of your event. The venue provides cloakroom facilities, WiFi, and dedicated technical support. Site visits can be arranged to view the spaces before booking.
What are the operating hours and availability restrictions?
