The Long Room at The HAC (Honourable Artillery Company)

The HAC requires a minimum of 80 guests for Christmas parties. Groups under 80 are not accommodated for Christmas events, as stated in their booking policy for the festive season.

The Long Room venue hire is £4,500 + VAT for evening events (18:00-00:00). There is also a minimum catering spend of £3,500 + VAT that can be used for all food and drinks throughout your event.

The Prince Consort Rooms can accommodate up to 700 guests for standing events and up to 400 guests theatre-style for ceremonies. The Bronze DDR Package is priced at £160 + VAT per person with a minimum of 164 delegates, totaling approximately £26,240 + VAT including evening drinks minimum spend.

Venue hire runs from 09:00 AM to 11:30 PM, which includes supplier access times, and all guests must vacate by midnight. Suppliers have a maximum of 90 minutes to clear down and vacate the venue after the event ends.

The HAC cannot accommodate events with budgets of £1,000-£2,000. Based on their responses, events typically require significantly higher budgets, with examples showing minimum spends around £8,000+ for smaller events and £20,000+ for larger celebrations.

The HAC experiences high demand and frequently has no availability for requested dates, particularly for popular periods like December. They recommend booking well in advance and being flexible with dates, as they often need to suggest alternative venues when fully booked.
