The main Dolby Theatre (794 capacity) costs £39,500 + VAT for full day hire (08:00-23:00) including exclusive use, in-house AV, 5 microphones, staffing, technical support, and a dedicated Events Manager.

Screen 5 accommodates 32-35 people with luxury seating, while the main Dolby Theatre holds 794 guests plus 6 wheelchair spaces. Both screens offer theatre-style seating with built-in AV capabilities for presentations and screenings.

Content must be delivered in DCP (Digital Cinema Package) format on a hard drive 48 hours before the event for ingestion. 5.1 audio is supported and preferred over stereo. The venue provides technical staff to handle DCP delivery coordination through their Events Operations Manager.
