Reading Room
The Reading Room is perfect for private dinners because the room has a wonderful high ornate ceiling, a central chandelier, large windows and a stunning view of the Mall over to Horse Guards Parade. The alcove section in the Reading Room is perfect for a pre-dinner reception and the main space can either be a boardroom dinner or on our round tables.

With it's high ceiling and floor to ceiling windows, the Music Room is a perfect setting for small and intimate dinners from 10 - 50 guests. The Music Room is stacked in history being the former home of the longest serving Prime Minister, William Gladstone. The Music Room is situated to the left of the main entrance on the 1st floor overlooking the garden square and the other surroundings of Carlton House Terrace.

For private dining, the Council Room is one of our most popular rooms due to the traditional values this room holds. It represents itself as a traditional, classy and ornate space perfect for private dining. The chandeliers also provide that exquisite and special feel. The Council Room is suitable for private dining up to 70 guests maximum and has a door to the side of the room which links with the Music room (On the Number 11 side of Carlton House Terrace) which is perfect if you require a separate space for a drinks reception beforehand.

The Radhakrishnan Room is perfect for private dining up to 50 guests because the room is real masterpiece with such fine details associated with 1820's style of building. This exquisite fine detail along with art work from our British Academy collection make the room a real experience for the eyes. This particular room is situated to the rear of the building and boasts amazing views over the Mall, Horse Guards Parade, the tower of Big Ben and the London Eye. This setting makes the room very popular for fine dining and evening receptions.
