The exposed Victorian brickwork railway arches are perfect for hosting your business event, AGM, conference, corporate function, business dinner, networking event, office party, presentation, seminar, press show, symposium or training workshop. Studio 1 is a spacious 2000 sq ft warehouse space, catering to a capacity of 200 guests, 160 guests seated theatre style or 120 guests seated cabaret style. Studio 2 is a 1200 sq ft warehouse space which can cater to 100 guests seated theatre style. All dry hire bookings include in house PA and wifi.
