Venue hire ranges from £2,250-£6,750+VAT per day for single-day hire depending on which spaces you book. The Annex costs £2,750+VAT (10am-midnight), while hiring Arch 1 & 2 together or all three spaces (Arch 1, Arch 2 & Annex) costs £6,750+VAT. All prices exclude mandatory additional costs like cleaning, staffing, and security.

You must pay for post-hire cleaning (£400+VAT for three spaces), security staffing (varies by event requirements), and waste collection (£210+VAT for three 1100ltr bins). There are also mandatory venue management fees and potential AV package costs depending on your technical requirements.

The Annex is 1,500 sq ft and suitable for smaller groups (recommended for 40 guests in one example). Arch 1 & 2 combined can accommodate larger events, with the venue handling events up to 450 people across all three spaces. Specific capacity depends on your event layout and requirements.

Kachette operates a no-obligation pencil system where your date can be challenged by other parties depending on booking length and nature. To secure your date, you need a 50% deposit and signed contract, with the remaining balance due 1 month before your event.
