What is the pricing structure for the Cubic Theatre and Foyer?
The Cubic Theatre and Foyer costs £3,000 + VAT for hire between 09:00-17:00. Extra hours are available at £550 + VAT per hour. The Cubic Foyer can be hired separately for £2,500 + VAT for the same time period.
What AV equipment is included with the venue hire?
All theatre AV is included: True 4k DCI cinema projection, large projection screen, Dolby Digital surround sound, lectern with desktop microphone, built-in stage, and basic microphone package (1 lectern microphone, 1 handheld microphone, 1 lapel microphone). Additional microphones are available at £35 + VAT per microphone.
Are there catering restrictions and who provides food service?
Benugo is the exclusive in-house caterer for the Cubic Theatre and Foyer. External catering is not permitted, and all food and beverage must be provided through Benugo who will assist with menus and catering quotes.
What additional equipment and amenities are included?
The hire includes 4 poseur tables ideal for guest comfort during refreshment breaks, a large screen in the Cubic Foyer for branding or promotional videos, and complimentary entry to the Museum for all delegates on the day of your event.
