Minimum spends vary according to the date, space and guest numbers. For group bookings of 16 to 50 guests, the minimum spend is charged per person and ranges from £50 to £150 per person, plus a 13.5% service charge. As a guide, semi private hire of St Paul’s View for 51 to 100 guests has a minimum spend of £14,000 to £16,000, plus a 13.5% service charge. Skyline Terrace for 101 to 150 guests has a minimum spend of £16,000 to £18,000, plus a 13.5% service charge. Full exclusive hire is quoted according to the date, with recent guide prices ranging from £27,000 to £37,000, plus a 13.5% service charge. These figures are a guide only, and a lower minimum spend may be available depending on the date. Dry hire is not available, though room hire may be considered on a case by case basis. We will provide a proposal with the event details and minimum spend. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the event, with the remaining 50% due no later than 14 days before the event. The payment details will be outlined in your proposal.

Food and drink packages are available at an additional per person cost and count towards the event minimum spend. Our packages include Skyline at £40 per person, City Lights at £60 per person and Prestige at £80 per person, with different selections of canapés, bowls and sliders. Packages are available for a minimum of 16 guests. Individual menu items may have a minimum order quantity of 16 portions per item.

A 13.5% service charge applies to the minimum spend. For example, the service charge on a £10,000 minimum spend would be £1,350. The applicable charge will be shown in your proposal.

Sabine is on the seventh floor and can be reached by lifts from the hotel lobby or Carter Lane. Skyline Terrace has ramp access, while St Paul’s View Terrace has a step. Please let us know about any specific access requirements so we can advise on the most suitable space and arrangements.

Provisional joint holds may be offered, subject to availability. Guided site visits can be arranged for semi private and fully exclusive events. Visits for group bookings and smaller reservations are self guided. Please contact our team in advance, and they can advise whether the venue and relevant space will be available to view.
